It consists of 6 trainings that are 15-20 minutes long, a single affirmation tape, and a practice within one of the trainings. 90 minutes in total. No workbook - just some journalling questions in 2-3 trainings that you can do while you listen or afterwards.

    No, it's a self-paced course, and the recording of the Q&A session is included there as well.
